Ms. Danko is the Chief People Officer of Aurora Peak and co-lead’s Aurora Peak’s DEIB Committee. She is an experienced executive in the startup, fintech, and high-growth space. Most recently, as Chief People Officer at Unison, Ms. Danko led the People Function, Corporate Fundraising, and Board/Shareholder relations growing the company by 7x. She is also passionate about giving back to the community through her volunteer efforts at Cat Town and Lasagna Love in Oakland, CA, and as a Board Director at 1,000 Dream Fund – a non-profit empowering high-school and college-aged women.
Ms. Danko holds a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Maryland, and numerous certifications including SHRM-SCP.
