In Our Organization

We are committed to DEIB best practices such as measuring and reporting diversity metrics, unbiased recruiting processes, and annual pay equity reviews.  We encourage our team members to participate in local volunteer events by using paid Volunteer Days (VTO) and we have a corporate partnership with Habitat for Humanity. 


In Our Communities

Our work converting market rate properties to affordable housing has a direct impact on diverse communities and individuals, as it is proven time and time again, that the shortage of affordable housing disproportionately affects underrepresented individuals.  Not only do we make impactful financial investments in our portfolio communities, but we also dedicate time and company resources to them.
